All domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post and local couriers that are 100% carbon neutral in their deliveries.
Please allow a processing time of 48 hours for your order before it is shipped. During high-demand sale periods and holidays, kindly anticipate some additional processing time. Its important to note that online orders are not processed during weekends or on public holidays for New South Wales. Once your order is shipped and the tracking link becomes available from Australia Post or our selected domestic courier and you will receive information to monitor its delivery progress.

We offer domestic shipping within Australia with Australia Post:
- FREE standard shipping on all orders above $50 (3 to 5 business days).
- Standard - $6.00 for orders below $50 (3 to 5 business days).
- Express - $14 upgrade (2-5 business days).

We want you to feel and see the benefits and we are confident you will see healthier hair - that goes without saying. If our products are not providing you with results in 60 days, we have you covered!
We will refund you 100% of your purchase and all items must be returned within 60 days from the delivery date. All postage charges are made to the customer.

Faulty & Damaged Orders
We will replace your purchase if the item is unopened or damaged goods, as this is essential for maintaining our quality control standards for our customers (and for you to be on your hair health journey!). If you believe you've received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at customercare@ovevwellness.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order and our team will respond within 48 hours. Please ensure you provide order number information and photographs of the damaged or faulty product.
